The complex for the creation of import-substituting and export-oriented production of BOPET-films and polyester (PET-pellets).
Titan-Polymer is a project for the creation of a multifunctional complex for the production of polyethylene terephthalate, fibers, films and nonwoven materials. The project is implemented on the territory of “Moglino” special economic zone.
By 2022, PET pellet production will have been raised to 210 thous. tons per year and BOPET film production will have been ramped up to 72 thous. tons per year.
The technology introduced in the project is unique for Russia and is one of the most energy-efficient technologies. It is reliable and fault-free in operation and features extremely low specific consumption of raw materials, flexibility, user-friendliness, and minimum areas required for deployment.
Potential sales markets for PET pellets and BOPET films are: regions of the Russian Federation, CIS countries, as well as Eastern and Western Europe.

The launch of Titan-Polymer plant in Pskov region is an important step in the development of the chemical industry in the country. The enterprise will boost the formation of industrial cooperation in Pskov region and will become the basis for the formation of a cluster of enterprises that will use the plant's products - BOPET films and PET pellets - as raw materials for their production.
