AiF.Omsk: First stage results from a national project were summed up at Titan-Agro

A solemn ceremony to summarize the results of the first stage of the federal project “Labor Productivity Improvement at Enterprises” was held at Titan-Agro (part of GC Titan).

The event was attended by the management of Titan-Agro, representatives of the Ministry of Economy of the Omsk region and the Regional Competencies Center.

Based on the results of the project’s first stage it was identified that in 6 months the company, together with the experts of the Regional Competencies Center, had managed to achieve a high level of performance at the meat processing plant’s semi-finished products manufacturing site. The project’s working group successfully implemented measures to accelerate the production process and increase product volume output.

The next stage for the company includes independent work and applying different approaches to other processes.

In addition, the team of Titan-Agro was awarded a letter of gratitude signed by the Governor of the Omsk region, and five company’s employees were awarded letters of gratitude from the Ministry of Economy of the Omsk region.

 “Your enterprise is one of the leaders on the regional market. It is necessary to constantly improve in order to maintain that position. I hope the tools provided to you by the Regional Competencies Center will be useful. Do not forget about the additional projects – “Process Factory”, “Productivity Leaders”, “Export Growth Accelerator”. Participating in these projects may provide additional motivation for employees,” First Deputy Minister for Economy of the Omsk region Denis Kushner said.

We would like to remind you that the official start of the events of the national project “Labor Productivity” took place on May 5 on the territory of the Titan-Agro enterprise.
