Omsk News: Group of companies Titan, Omsk region and Investors Association “Breakthrough” have entered into a Cooperation Agreement

The Group of companies Titan, Government of Omsk region and Investors Association in the field of physical trainings and sports “Breakthrough” have signed a Cooperation and Interaction Agreement at the exhibition “RUSSIA”.

The Parties intend to ensure the exchange of experience and best practices relative to the engineering, construction, reconstruction, operation and management of sports infrastructure facilities, as well as to establish interaction on the development and implementation of client-centric principles at sports facilities using public-private partnership mechanisms.

The cooperation also involves the organization of congresses, conferences, seminars and other thematic events aimed at the popularization of physical training and sports in the region.

Mikhail Sutyaginsky, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Group of companies Titan:

“We are planning the construction of a sports and fitness complex with two ice rinks, swimming pool, multi-purpose halls, fitness and sports facilities with a total area of at least 20 thousand square meters. We have already developed a concept and approved the number of sports facilities within the framework of the complex. We hope for fruitful cooperation with the Investors Association “Breakthrough” and Government of Omsk region in the project implementation process.”

Currently, the “Breakthrough” Association is conducting the largest study of demand for rendering sports services in our region. This will assist us to understand the region’s need in this direction.”

We strive not only to improve the quality of sports services, but also to make them more accessible, fostering the development of physical training and sports”.

GC Titan specializes in the production of chemicals and petrochemicals, creates industrial clusters and infrastructure in the regions of presence, and develops and introduces innovative and environmentally friendly technologies into the production process. Investors Association “Breakthrough” is an NPO representing sport investors in the public space. It develops and introduces different initiatives, and holds in-house educational programs.
