GC Titan presented projects significant for the country

On June 26, the “Investment Hour” of the Government of Omsk Region was held at the site of the AO GC Titan, where the company’s management presented to Vitaly Khotsenko, Acting Governor of the region a large-scale investment project on the creation of pyrolysis complex facilities and products of its advanced processing.

Within the framework of the “Investment Hour” updated format, specialists of the AO GC Titan presented projects being implemented as per the import substitution program and aimed at developing small-, medium- and large-tonnage chemistry, which will strengthen the industrial potential of Russia. A particular attention was paid to a large-scale investment project relative to the creation of the pyrolysis complex and products of its advanced processing. The implementation of this project will give a tangible result at all levels.

The purpose of the “Investment Hour”, as the Acting Governor Vitaly Khotsenko explained, “is to increase the investment activity in the region by establishing open cooperation between the state authorities of Omsk region and business of the region, as well as solving problematic issues with the provision of possible measures of the state support. The implementation of the projects proposed by the AO GC Titan will allow to reduce the import dependence of the Russian Federation, produce a positive social and economic effect both at the regional and federal levels, and create new jobs.”

“In connection with the selected course for import substitution, which was determined by the Government of our country, at present we are actively working on the implementation of new large-scale projects aimed at ensuring technological sovereignty. Our efforts are concentrated on how to implement projects in the field of the development of new chemical production facilities as quickly as possible. Here it is necessary to note the close work with federal and regional executive authorities. Without the state support, including financial support, the implementation of such large projects, of course, would be extremely difficult,” Mikhail Sutyaginsky, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the AO GC Titan noted.

In the course of the “Investment Hour” the problematic issues, arising during the implementation of investment projects were considered in detail. As a result of the event, Vitaly Khotsenko made decisions relative to the provision of assistance to the Group of companies Titan, and study the issue of providing possible state support measures.

“Today we have gathered to immerse ourselves in the problematics of the projects, and understand how to develop them further. The Group of companies “Titan” invests 5 billion rubles per year in the region’s economy. Taking into consideration the company’s potential and plans of its leader Mikhail Sutyaginsky, which are being implemented in Omsk and other regions, we can carry out even more projects. There are plans for social projects as well. Thanks to the Group of companies Titan, a monument to Ivan Buchholz, founder of Omsk, is now being created. Sport projects are discussed as well. We aim for good and relatively fast results. It’s just that many issues need to be resolved jointly and quickly,” Vitaly Khotsenko noted following the “Investment Hour” at the Group of companies Titan.
