Laboratory of the Group of Companies «Titan» confirmed high standards of analysis quality

Production and technological laboratory of Feed-Milling Plant «Pushkinsky» (Titan-Agro LLC) successfully passed assessment procedure regarding quality of measurements. The procedure was conducted by specialists of Supervisory Body of Russian Federal Agency on Technical Regulating and Metrology — FSFI «Omsk Center for Standardization and Metrology».

Chemical department, toxicological department and the department of physical and mechanical test of production and technology laboratory of the feed mill «Pushkinsky» successfully passed the assessment. Accuracy and quality of tests conducted by the department have been re-confirmed by Omsk Center for Standardization and Metrology. Relevant opinion has already been presented to laboratory of agroindustrial enterprise of the Group of Companies «Titan».

The document issued by State Regional Center for Standardization, Metrology and Tests in Omsk region proves availability in laboratory of the Feed-Milling Plant «Pushkinsky» of necessary conditions for performance of measurements at three stages: upon delivery of raw materials, during the production process and at the output of end product.

The laboratory is equipped with unique for Omsk region measuring equipment. The equipment enables to control the quality of products and raw materials (grain, proteins, minerals, premixes, feed additives, oils etc) at all production stages. Tests are performed on the range of relevant parameters: definition of humidity, nutritional value, amino acid content. Special attention is paid to checking of raw materials for availability of toxins, including heavy metals, radionuclides, nitrates, nitrites and others.

The advanced laboratory equipment makes it possible to produce feed of high quality, which is confirmed by both consumers and experts. Thus, in 2018 compound feed for cattle KK-62 was awarded a diploma at the contest «100 Best Products of Russia». In 2016 compound feed for poultry was announced winner.

It should be added that certified laboratories pass the procedure of assessment of measurements quality once in three years. The first assessment was performed in 2016.
