New team composition of Neftyanik-Titan was presented in Omsk with the support of GC Titan

A presentation of Omsk’s oldest basketball team was held in the Congress Hall. D This season, the women’s team was sponsored by GC Titan.

The event was attended by the Minister of Sport of the Omsk region Dmitry Krikoryantsm, Director of the Team Sports Center Roman Gusev, captain of the team Darya Levchenko, and Deputy General Director for Production of GC Titan Aleksei Danilov. 

New players and coaching staff were introduced to the fans and journalists. The name of the first foreign player in the history Omsk basketball was also announced – an American basketball player Tyler C. Scaife.

Deputy General Director for Production of GC Titan Aleksei Danilov:

“I believe that such support from GC Titan will boost the development of the sport in the region and help attract new talented players. We not only develop the country’s manufacturing industry, but are a socially responsible company. This is why we support projects which are aimed at cultural and artistic development, sports, ecology and social cooperation.”

This season Neftyanik-Titan made its debut in the highest echelon of the Russian basketball Premier League and entered top 10 teams. During the off-season GC Titan became the team’s news general partner. We should note that Neftyanik-Titan played its first game in the 2023/2024 championship as part of the Russian Cup on 30 September. The team played against Moscow Sparta&K. Neftyanik-Titan won the game and the final score was 59:51.
