Oil and service companies got familiar with the products of Novocherkassk enterprise of the Group of Companies «Titan»

Representatives of Novocherkassk Lubricants Production Plant (forms a part of the Group of Companies «Titan») met potential customers at VIII International Specialized Conference «Drilling and Upstream Chemistry-2019».

Natalya Prudnikova, Deputy Director General on Commercial Affairs of NZSM LLC and Tatiana Kuleshova, leading specialist of the enterprise visited the event and held negotiations with potential customers — representatives of oil and service companies.

Drilling chemistry deals with muds used during wells drilling and field development including water- and hydrocarbons-based additives to drilling muds, reagents for process liquids, scale inhibitors, foaming reagents, friction modifiers and other products demanded by oil production companies.

«Drilling chemistry market of Russia remains attactive for us since operating well stock chenges every day and there is increasing need to maintain existing fields and to develop new ones», noted Natalya Prudnikova. «In situation when many European and American companies left the market, Russian manufacturers can assert themselves and present their new products».

One such product is a process liquid of Titan, which launched its manufacturing in summer 2018. The process liquid intended for hydrocarbons-based mud is eco-friendly, has low viscosity, is easily filtered and its use prevents corrosion and formation of insoluble residues inside the well.

«Perspective consumers of our products were excited to know that process liquid of Titan can be produced in several modification proceeding from the nature of natural reservoirs, — emphasized Natalya Prudnikova summarizing the conference. — This makes it possible for the companies to choose depending on conditions of drilling».

The process liquid from Titan has been already acknowledged by several European companies and was supplied to fields of Yamal-Nenets and Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Districts and Sakhalin. Currently the Novocherkassk plant is working on expanding of product range.
