Representatives of industrial companies from different regions visited AO “Omsky kauchuk”

Since 2023, the training program “Productivity Leaders” has been implemented at AO “Omsky kauchuk” – the largest enterprise of GC Titan –– as part of the national project “Workforce Productivity”.

The project is aimed at creating a systematic approach to the management of the industrial company for better workforce productivity. In July 2023, AO “Omsky kauchuk” was visited by specialists from a number of the regions to exchange experience: Sverdlovsk Region, Krasnoyarsk Territory, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District.

The city of Omsk and the flagship of GC Titan – AO “Omsky kauchuk” – were represented by Director of Production and Technical Department of GC Titan Ilya Kuvaitsev and Head of Rubber Production and Packaging Shop of AO “Omsky kauchuk” Vladislav Yeshchenko.

 “The outcome of the event was ideas and suggestions for better workforce productivity in the rubber production shop, and ideas on how to reduce the cost of rubber production by 10%. We are glad that our plant participates in the project. I think such events are useful and necessary for the development of production, logistics, and digitalization of processes because they allow us to exchange experience with our colleagues from different regions”, Director of Production and Technical Department of GC Titan Ilya Kuvaitsev noted.

Next, the participants of the working group will have to develop projects and defend them before the expert commission of the Federal Competence Center in Moscow. The event will take place in November 2023.
