Production modernization at the Titan-SM, Limited Company (a part of the AO GC Titan) gives the plant opportunities to use induction sealing in the production of oils and brake fluids in canisters made from low-pressure polyethylene of different volume. 

Induction sealing is a technology for plastic canisters clogging using foil inserts.

The device operational mechanism is as follows. The lid with an installed insert is screwed on a filled container. Then the container is led to an induction machine where foil is heated induced by electromagnetic field followed by melting of the solder layer, which tightly fixes the insert on the canister neck. Due to this fact, the technology is called "thermal hermetization".

Complete container closure integrity eases finished products transportation and storage, and also allows controlling the first container unpacking. Moreover, the induction sealing technology protects consumers from buying fake devices: it is almost impossible to seal an insert to a canister neck without using the induction machine.
